Shipping oil

Shipping oil: from loading port to discharge

Oil is shipped in bulk by tanker. Refined products such as diesel and gasoline typically move on product tankers (for example MR and LR1/LR2 sizes), while crude moves on larger crude carriers. A cargo is documented by a bill of lading, cargo manifest, ullage report, certificate of quality and quantity, certificate of origin and insurance.

Shipping Oil in Singapore

Shipping Oil in Switzerland

Switzerland is landlocked, yet Swiss-domiciled companies finance and trade a large share of globally shipped commodities; PEGSTO AG applies Swiss legal structuring to cargoes that move through ports in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. More on Switzerland.
